Welcome to the Silver Millenium. For those whom may have forgetten, the Silver Millenium was a place of peace and love. On the Moon lived the elegant Queen Serenity and her beautiful only child, the Princess, Serenity(Usagi/"Serena"). Life was wonderful except for the Princess, she was in love with a man from the earth the Prince, Endymion(Mamoru/"Darien").

As the moon was peaceful so were the other planets. The people all lived in peace 'till the wicked Queen Beryl and the Dark Kingdom struck. The inner senshi("scouts") were called on to fight but were not strong enough and died in battle, as did the Prince of Earth and Princess of the Moon.

Queen Serenity used the Silver Crystal along with her Crescent Moon wand (moon stick) to trap the Dark Kingdom's seven great demons into the shards of the silver crystal(Rainbow Crystals). She then used the rest of her power, and her life, to send all the people on the moon to earth so they could be reborn and live new lifes.

Queen Serenity lost her daughter and everyone she loved to the Dark Kingdom. She ensured the power to Luna and Artemis to re-awaken the Princess's warriors(moon, mercury, mars, jupiter and venus) in case of Queen Beryl resurrection.

Now all thats left of the Moon Kingdom is Queen Serenity's cold body.
